noodles

So a couple of friends and I love getting together to make what they simply call "noodles". This is something they'd done for a while and have graciously let me join in, and boy has it been deliciously fun. Tonight, we had a noodles and jersey shore night, which is always a recipe for success (sorry for the lame pun, but I couldn't help myself). Anyway, I have some pictures to document the night and share with y'all the greatness that is noodles.

more pictures and the recipe after the jump.

Bhavana is the expert at cutting up the vegetables.

Mixing everything.

Magali really wanted to be on the blog post, look how excited she is!

The finished product, complete with a tortilla and, of course, a Coke.

Yummy!

Making noodles is super easy and fun, and way better than anything store bought. Just chop up some of your favorite vegetables, we use onion, green pepper, tomato. We also add some mushroom and garlic and fry in saucepan. Then cook basic Ramen noodles in the microwave, drain water, and add packaged seasoning. Then can combine the noodles, veggies, and we like scrambled eggs too, all in the saucepan. Stir and add soy sauce (and a hint of chile sauce, which is about all that I can handle). Voila! You have your noodles ready to enjoy. Also fun to add some fresh cilantro on top as well, and looks nice too. And now you're ready to watch the most ridiculous television show out there,  jersey shore!
